The review form in word format will be given in due course. At least two reviews are needed for each paper. All accepted and rejected papers including their review forms should be sent to Patrick Chan (patrickchan@ieee.org) on or before 1 May 2020 10 Oct 2020. The Program Chairs and Invited Session Chairs of ICMLC and ICWAPR reserve the right of the acceptance of any paper.
